This lactation tea can be enjoyed iced or hot. However, we recommend drinking the tea hot. Drinking something warm – like a cup of tea – can help you relax, aiding letdown and leading to an increased output of milk when you pump. Whether iced or hot, hydration is important for a breastfeeding and pumping mother. Drink 1-3 cups a day for the duration of nursing to support milk supply. Tea leaves brew bags can be used for up to 3 cups.
