Honduran coffee has a unique place in the gourmet specialty market. Environmentally, Honduras has all the factors required to produce top coffees. From an infrastructure, transportation, and processing point of view…they are still catching up to other Central American countries. What this means is that Honduran coffee has primarily been used as a good blending bean in the past. The good news is that there has been progress, and this beans future as a gourmet stand alone coffee is brighter than ever.  

We ve taken the strictly high grown coffee we ve purchased and roasted it to almost a French level. At this level of roast it comes alive. It demonstrates a nice balance with a clean, roasted finish. This is one of the darker roasted origin coffees we offer.
